Can I pause my plan?

Design subscriptions can be paused for up to 3 months in any 12 month period, with at least 7 business days' notice before your next renewal. Your subscription resumes automatically on the same plan after the paused period. Websites run on a 12 month minimum agreement so pausing is not available, but you can talk to us about adjusting scope mid-term. AI builds are fixed-price one-off projects, so there is nothing to pause, you simply pay 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery.

What are the contract terms?

Design is a rolling subscription with no contract and at least 7 business days' written notice to cancel or pause (pausing is capped at 3 months in any 12 month period and auto-resumes after). Websites run on a 12 month minimum agreement covering build, hosting, monitoring and updates, then rolling 30 day cancellation. AI builds are fixed-price projects with no minimum subscription term, paid 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery. Optional AI support plans are rolling monthly with 30 days notice. Whichever service you take, design and web come with a 14 day money-back guarantee.

What happens when I cancel?

Design: give us at least 7 business days' notice before renewal, finish any in-flight requests and we hand over the source files. Websites: after the 12 month minimum, give us 30 days notice and we hand over the site, code and assets. AI: you own the build (prompts, workflows, dashboards, fine-tuned models and integration code) on full payment of the build fee, with documentation. AI support plans cancel with 30 days notice. We'll also help you transition to another provider if needed.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your design plan at any time, change takes effect on the next billing cycle. Website tiers can be upgraded mid-term with the cost difference prorated; downgrades happen at renewal so we don't pull infrastructure out from under your live site. For AI, every build is its own fixed-price project, so adding another product is simply a new scoped quote.

What's not included?

Design covers graphic design, branding, social media assets, presentations and print. Not included: complex 3D modelling, video production, custom coded web apps (we do WordPress sites separately), and stock photography or font licences (we'll recommend affordable options). If you're unsure whether something is covered, just ask.

Question 6

What counts as one design request?

Accepted Answer

One request equals one deliverable. A social media post is one request. A 10 page presentation is one request. A set of five banner ads in different sizes is one request. If you're ever unsure, just ask and we'll tell you before starting.

Question 7

Do prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Listed prices exclude VAT by default. Use the toggle at the top of this page to view prices with 20% VAT included. We're a VAT registered business and your invoices will reflect that.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on design subscriptions, you go straight onto the monthly rate. Website plans include the build, migration, configuration and onboarding inside the 12 month agreement, so there's no separate setup invoice. AI builds are sold as a single fixed price that already covers discovery, build, integrations, testing and handover, paid 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery.
