Why is this monthly instead of a one-off build?

WordPress sites need ongoing care: security patches, plugin updates, hosting, backups and content tweaks. Bundling everything into one monthly fee means you get a faster build, predictable costs, and a site that stays sharp. No nasty £4,000 redesign in two years.

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The site, code, content, hosting accounts and domain are yours. Cancel after the 12 month minimum and we'll hand over everything cleanly. We never lock customers into proprietary systems.

How long does the build take?

Accepted Answer

Standard sites go live in two to three weeks, Pro in three to five, and Premium in five to seven, depending on how quickly content is signed off. We agree the milestones at the start so you always know what's coming and when.

Question 4

What's the 12 month minimum about?

Accepted Answer

It covers the cost of building your site (which would otherwise be a £4k+ upfront fee). After month 12 you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice and take the site with you. Most clients stay for three years or more.

Can you migrate my existing site?

Accepted Answer

Often yes. If it's WordPress already, we'll usually rebuild it with our framework so it loads faster and is easier to maintain. If it's on Squarespace, Wix or Webflow, we'll redesign it from scratch with your existing copy and assets as the starting point.

Do you do e-commerce?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as an optional add-on from £950. We use WooCommerce for product catalogues up to around 5,000 SKUs. Above that we'd recommend Shopify and we can build that too on a custom quote.

What if I need a new page or feature later?

Content updates are included up to your monthly hours. Bigger work (new templates, integrations, custom features) is quoted as a one-off project. We always estimate upfront, with no surprise invoices.

Do prices include VAT?
